Making It Better: Continuous Improvement in Community Mental Health project is funded by the Ontario Federation of Community Mental Health and Addictions Programs (OFCMHAP) to promote a culture of program evaluation, evidence based practice, and continuous improvement within the field. The project aims to improve implementation and application of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Outcome Measurement Toolkit or other instruments to collect data about participants in community mental health programs. The project activities are intended to support Ontario community mental health programs in continuous improvement and program development, including those programs already using an evaluation process and those who are not. This project builds on previous work by the OFCMHAP, which has coordinated and disseminated the PSR Toolkit and supported its implementation.
