- The new Court Support Manual from the Toronto Court Support Consortium is now available. The Mental Health Court Support Consortium is a formal network of organizations which provide mental health court support services to the five courthouses within the City of Toronto. The development of this Policy and Procedures Manual stems from a recognized need to integrate the mental health court support services operating within the five courthouses into a common program with a shared vision and mission. This manual serves as a current reference of necessary information for staff and management in the partnering organizations and for consumers as well as other stakeholders of these services.
