Human Rights Mental Health Strategy

Attached is a second consultation paper that reflects the results of our discussions with you and other individuals and organizations thus far. The OHRC is continuing to reach out to the public and key stakeholders to identify how we can best use the functions in our mandate to address issues of discrimination against people with mental health disabilities and addictions. We would like to invite you to read the attached document, “Human Rights Mental Health Strategy”. Your feedback on priority areas and possible interventions related to human rights and mental health would be very helpful to us.
