Health & Safety Manager – Health Care

London, Ontario



Our client, a large, multi-site, health care organization, is currently seeking a Manger of Occupational Health & Safety to join their team.



The successful incumbent will be responsible to oversee a sizeable department of Health, Safety and Environmental professionals and will be responsible to develop, implement, and manage programs that promote the health, safety and wellness of the organization.



You are a university graduate with specialization in medical, health & safety, or related discipline. Ideally, you have continued your education and have a CRSP / CSO designation, or Occupational Health & Safety Certificate. You have 5+ years experience managing environment, health and safety programs and preferably have worked in a unionized, health care environment. Your strong leadership skills, coupled with your ability to foster a team based environment and bring about change are equaled by your desire to create a wellness and prevention based attitude in the organization.
